Critical outsourcing

Fifteen years of supplier relationships across Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, with factory visits every quarter. Every physical flow runs through this team, from the first sample to the unloaded pallet.

The flow is invariable: supplier audit, product qualification, negotiation, LCL or FCL, FOB or EXW, pre-shipment quality control, transit, Swiss and EU customs, final delivery. One contract signed in Clarens.

No resold catalogue. No algorithmic marketplace. Direct, targeted sourcing by operators who spend as much time in factories as behind a screen.

That is exactly why Deep-Mate exists.

We consolidate volumes from several SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland into our own containers. You get a large-importer price without filling 67 m³ yourself.

Logistics, quality control, customs, transit, all run through our existing flow. You collect your goods at your warehouse, ready to sell.

Vortexia is the digital and AI agency of Deep-Mate. Once the goods are delivered, it takes over: social media advertising, content management, online shop or business application built for your activity.

A key point: our AI solutions, including language models (LLMs), are developed and hosted locally, in Switzerland. Your data never travels through third-party services abroad, everything stays with us, in line with the Swiss data protection act (LPD).

Never a generic template. We start from what you sell, the target market and the volumes delivered, then build what actually sells the product.
